
Rema is a founder of Strategent Partners and brings over 20 years of experience advising senior leaders on strategy, business transformation, and data-driven decision-making. She works closely with executive teams to address complex business challenges, improve performance, and shape growth strategies grounded in rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Rema has deep expertise in strategic market research, consumer insights, and business intelligence, with a track record of informing brand, marketing, and sales strategies across consumer packaged goods, retail, technology, and software sectors. Her work spans strategy development, growth and innovation initiatives, pricing and assortment strategy, and go-to-market decision support.
Prior to founding Strategent Partners, Rema held senior leadership roles in business intelligence and analytics at leading global insights organizations, including Nielsen and IRI (Circana). Where she led strategic partnerships across marketing, trade, and category functions and delivered insights supporting enterprise growth, innovation, and acquisition strategies. Earlier in her career, she advised major retailers and brands on consumer, market, and shopper analytics, predictive modeling, and new product launch evaluation.
Rema has partnered with leading organizations across industries, including B&G Foods, Hood, Hershey, M&M Mars, Albertsons, CVS, Adobe, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Novartis, Bayer, and Pfizer.
She holds an MBA from Montclair State University.
